The more context you can give me, the better. If possible, include:

  1. Your horse's age, breed, and discipline
  2. How long the behaviour has been present
  3. What you've already tried
  4. Any relevant health history (back, teeth, saddle fit)
  5. Your location in KZN
  6. Whether there's any urgency (e.g. a competition or sale date)

I'll always be honest if I think your horse needs veterinary attention first, or if someone else is better placed to help. A brief, honest conversation upfront saves everyone time.
